The Story Behind Trueform

We're the agency that eliminated the gap between design and development. By building simultaneously as we design, we deliver websites at unprecedented speed - while others are still in meetings, we're launching new digital experiences.

We sat in our previous agency jobs, watching another groundbreaking design get murdered into a template because "devs need 3 months for that." Our souls crushed with every compromised interaction and butchered animation. Each client meeting became a graveyard of great ideas, buried under the weight of "technical limitations" and "resource constraints." We watched innovative concepts get reduced to bootstrap components, and immersive experiences become static pages. Not because it was right, but because it was "realistic."

Then we discovered the dark arts of low-code and AI. Bored on a Saturday night, fueled by espresso, we started a side project - just to prove a point. By Sunday night, we had built a web app that would've taken traditional agencies months. It wasn't just good - it was vicious. Smoother. Polished. Next level. Every interaction we had dreamed of, every animation we had sketched, every feature we were told was "too complex" - all of it, alive and breathing.

We were mind-blown. This was our chance to finally make it better. The realization hit us like a thunderbolt: we weren't just building a prototype; we were glimpsing the future of how to build for the web. At this moment we made the decision to change something and start a new agency together. No more compromises. No more "maybe in phase two." No more watching great design die by a thousand cuts.

Now, we run Trueform, turning "can't be done" into "holy shit, it's live already?" While others write sprint plans, we ship features. While competitors debate frameworks, we're already monitoring conversion rates. Our clients' success metrics aren't measured in story points or sprint velocity, but in real business impact and user satisfaction. And no, this is not something we just came up with on our own, these are words from actual clients like Miro, Morning Brew, and many more. They came to us with dreams too big for traditional development, and left with results that exceeded even their biggest expectations.

We don't do slow and steady. We do fast and flawless. This is our purpose, the impact we wanna have. Because in a world where digital experiences shape business success, speed without quality is just another way to fail faster. And quality without speed? That's just yesterday's innovation arriving too late.

This isn't just about building websites or apps. It's about proving that the impossible is just a temporary state of mind. And a temporary state of innovation.

One project at a time, we're rewriting the rules of what's possible in digital design and development. Welcome to the future of digital creation.

Welcome to Trueform.

A remote or hybrid working model can be challenging. Today: Our top 10 tips for maintaining a great remote company culture.

01

Workspace

Creating an effective home office isn't just about having a desk and chair. It's about crafting an environment that promotes focus and productivity. Remember: your workspace is your foundation for professional success.

02

Communication

In remote settings, overcommunication becomes your ally. Be explicit in your messages, use asynchronous communication tools wisely, and don't shy away from video calls when complex discussions arise. Documentation becomes your best friend—what might have been a quick desk-side conversation now benefits from being recorded in your team's knowledge base.
